I just thought of something regarding the crafting of things other than lances taking more mats than you get for a coupon.
Let's say we had harvesters and fighters defending the resource field so it can be harvested. We should be able to build up a very large supply at the material camp so that the crafter NPC always has coupons to give out.
Then let's say a crafter came by and did 2 sets out of their own mats, thus getting 2 coupons. That'd be 2 stacks of 99 mats they'd get. If they then went back and crafted another round, that'd use 104 of those mats (assuming the vests, etc.) but they'd get another coupon. Each time back and forth, they'd use 5 of the extra 99 mats they got the first time. That's 19 trips on just generic raw materials before you'd have to use your own again.
So for 2 sets of arms from your own materials, you could get 21 total sets...
as long as we can figure out how to get the harvesters going in BB.

I was only able to log on for a brief period last night, but was lucky enough to be on right when the full invasion got started.
I had to log after taking down the Boss mob in the crafter camp. Was there more afterwards? There were rumor of a 2nd incoming waves later on. Was there? I need info!

And a shout out thanks to the races from the other civs showing up to help us sand-dwellers out. Without your help we might not have make it (and wouldn't have been as fun).
When will the tryker and zorai invasion begin? Has it come and gone yet? If it hasn't, I will try to log on a bit tonight to ask all my guildies to head for Tryker if they have the tp to help out.

We had secured all our outposts, when we got an MOTD that Fyros needed help, so many Matis teleported to Dyron and Frahar Towers, where we helped to dispatch the kitin bosses. Then we got another MOTD saying that Matis was being overrun, so we teleported back.
When we got back to the Crafter camp, it was indeed overrun. We made great headway into re-securing the camp when suddenly the mobs and the guards and the entire camp disappeared!
It eventually re-appeared and we easily secured it. We then trekked to the Harvest camp, and it was fine as well.
As far as I know, in the end, we killed all our bosses and kept our outposts as well. Perhaps our lapse in protecting the Crafter camp while responding to the MOTD was considered a mission failure.
It is good to hear you did not lose your outposts. We in fryos are low in level compared to the matis that did not loose their elders in the exidus after the change to our world some months ago (p1). I myself have only been to matis twice on short visits and am very unfamiliar with your land as are most of my people. If we could have helped I assure you we would have. But I beleive that an attempt to go to your aid by the Eye of Atys would have led to our getting lost and dieing before we ever reached your outposts. We are however most greatfull for your help in comming to fryos. This will not be forgotten by our people.

The discussion in my guilds chat last night was that since the Trykers and Zorai will likely need help, once we finish getting our lands secured and safe, we were planning on helping those two races out.
Don't think you are being left out or ignored.

We had a great night in Bounty Beaches. By far the most fun I've had since playing Ryzom. We had 2 full groups all focused on clearing camps, escorting crafters, and protecting harvesters.
We harvested one area dry and turned in the mats. We escorted several crafters to the war camp and created a lot of new guards. And the most important thing of all.... WE HAD A BLAST!!!
It was way more fun than sitting in a resource field by myself grinding away getting mats or bonking clopper on the head for the next level. It was all types of characters coming together and trying to achieve a common goal.

This means a lot and it defiantely will be appreciated. Great job you guys did in Fyros and Matis! Lets kick the Kitin back to where they came from!

HOOYEAH!! It was a blast. I lost track of the time and did not care if I leveled or not. I fought, I harvested, I crafted and I had a blast! It was so cool how we all worked together to achieve a goal. Everyone had an important part.
Wee bit of shaky start, but we be rockin' now, baby!
Hugs and Kisses to Nuit, Dreamin, Mazupty, Mallissin, Pita, Keye, Grecker and my guildes, Alpinia, Raku, Oshi, Kilgore and Acorn. (If I've left anybody out, my apologies!)
RAWR!

I'm in Zora and play late at night usually due to my schedule. I have tried contributing mainly by harvesting q70 secretions. My questions are these. Fyros was attacked I know. Has Matis been attacked to that scale yet? I could not tell from some of the posts, but my feeling is that no one has been invaded to that degree except the Fyros. Also, has anyone else seen any soldiers as was reported to be seen in Matis yesterday?
Congrats to those who have been fighting/crafting/harvesting for making a difference!
