Don't nail me on this, but technically the download option was created for people like you in the first place. I cannot give you a definite answer before monday though, because I don't know our distribution plans in regards to Mexico and I'd hate to guess.

I can fully understand your feelings, but the reason we can't do this is simply that we are bound to distribution deals in countries where SoR has been released. You can imagine our distributors would tar & feather us if we did this.

We are going to provide this download solution to people from outside Europe and North America for now, as they are not able to obtain the game by other means at this time.

We plan to provide a download solution to all players in the future, but I cannot give you an ETA on this yet.
