According to Grear Tin Bok Hai (poor spelling) in umbra is a level 200 mob that is harder than some 270 kinchers CP has taken down. The only way you would know if it was 270 would be if the mats were 270.
As far as crafting...Rites, missions etc maybe give rewards of stanzas. these may include higher crafting than 250 in specific items. Not fully implemented so it's just a guess based on the mats.
