Trosky is a genius!!! It worked! (And it hurts me real badly to say that)
Generally for ATI graphics cards use D3D and nVidia ones choose OpenGL for a renderer. Also the number to the right of your resolution is the refresh rate... check your monitor settings to make sure you have the correct refresh rate for the resolution selected.
