i said on newbie.. but i just remembered, highest qual there was 50... but a lvl 30 healer with q200 SAP LA, you do not think he would be better than a lvl 30 healer with q50 LA? actually, i do not even know why i posted that in the first place...

When i first got onto the mainland a random player gave me his lv130 set. My hp went from about 450 to 850 or so. It made it so I was able to fight mobs 10 lvs higher then me =-)
