2. The mounts issue is still being worked on afaik; the GMs are supposed to have them ingame now, but I haven't seen any so I guess they're not quite working right yet. Also, just buy a 'porter ticket and bingo bango, 15seconds later you are back at a kami/karavan spawn with no dp.
3. Jump/fly/etc is planned for the game "late on" in its development (probably when they release the second planet)
4. While not exactly a n00b, I still manage to get adequate xp when teaming with people 50-100 lvls above me. Its just more a matter of luck than skill. (And if you are a n00b magic user/healer then just chaincast heal on someone and you are guaranteed as much xp as anyone else gets provided you actually heal some hp and they cause some damage)
5. Heh, your guess is as good as mine regarding whether they will get round to a satisfactory fix for this any time soon
