If making a pact will help you get there, then by all means have at it. I will continue to do what I can to help all of Atys, as I have always done, as best I can, irregardless of any pact made. That is all I can do, and all I will say on this matter.

SomeOneSays: Some guy named Raynes.
SomeOneElse: Bah, let the kitin have the place.

LOL that does bring up an interesting question though. Lets say the Kitin attack the Groove of Umbra at the entrance of the roots. Since this pact has everyone agreeing to run to the place where the invasion happens, everyone does just that. Well at the same time the Kitin attack Zora. What then? These things need to be thought through before any pact is made.

... Who released our doctrine into the open?
--------
In the future CP will continue our practice of actively pursuing the invasion force. Our strike abilities have been built for an offensive role in an invasion, not for a classical defence model. This pattern will exist regardless of who is suffering invasion for one simplte reason: The pursuit and destruction of the enemy's leadership structure is our duty in an invasion.
If others choose to follow us, we are happy to be the tip of the spear. If they do not, it is no skin off our backs.
On another note, we will always answer the call of our allies among the Tryker, in addition to Infinity, LPD, and the EoA. We will do whatever we can to help friendly player factions suceed. Alliances will be the start of a system of global defence. Once enough of us trust each other, we might just be able to make some real progress.

Exactly what pact are we talking about here?

raynes, i think you're reading it wrong.
my understanding of what was said is this.
we're making a pact. join us if you want. if you don't want to, that's fine. just don't mess with us and you'll be ok.
now if they mean it the way you're reading it, i'll help you kill them all.

Please, people debating this, check out my poll, it's labeled "Unity"...I'm thinking about starting a guild sort of based on this, and I need SOME positive feed back cause most of what i'm getting is "it won't work!"
