it is normal routine.. avoid flocks running away. they better fix it tho and quickly. combat sucks now.

Horizons kept saying that their number of subscribers were growing even when it was obvious to everyone that the server populations were dwindling.

SoE have been doing the same with planetside, they also allowed players to have up to 4 chars so this hid the true number of ppl on the server.
