If I paid for a 6month period, after all this id probly be doin my best to do a chargeback through CC company.
Quite true. CCs tend to favour the customer (vice the business), but in this case you are trying to declare a contract null and void. Honestly, when my credit card company called me they asked me about the charge on my account and they offered to do a charge back before I even said anything. This probably falls under the BUYER BEWARE clause.
