If I paid for a 6month period, after all this id probly be doin my best to do a chargeback through CC company.

which could be successful, but would also result in you paying fees and expending a lot of time and energy on paperworks, after all you are trying to break a contract

Quite true. CCs tend to favour the customer (vice the business), but in this case you are trying to declare a contract null and void. Honestly, when my credit card company called me they asked me about the charge on my account and they offered to do a charge back before I even said anything. I told them not to bother of course, but then again I didn't pay for 6 months of this crapfest.gatineau wrote:Quite true. If you are in the USA, you will most likely get the same additude. The charges all originate from France, you are probably not in France, nor have been in France during the last month. I probably don't need to elaborate on how the rest of the conversation should go...
