I see your reasoning, yet you are dealing with the human psyche in a benign environment behind a wall of anonymity. People are people.. you have one opinion and one mode of expression, others do also. I personally am glad we all are not mindless robots all fitting the same mold, therefore I welcome all opinions and allow everyone the same opportunity whether to express frustration, encourage in a positive manner or flame others uncontrollably.

I do not say i want everyone to be dull and artificially positive. The good thing about writing is that it provides the means to convey the most insulting and barbaric sentiments or ideas , in a very civil guise.
We all have our different opinions, and express them freely due to the wall of anonimity, its just that flaming uncontrollably is the most precise indication of blatant stupidity and shallow-mindedness. Thus, everyone is most welcome to express their opinions, it is the very purpose of the forums, just keep it civil,think of the kids

Woah woah, in my book that's a bad idea, I don't like things to be too restricted but when it comes to a place where every forum troll can b*tch about who they want it turns ugly, I seen a section like that before and it really doesn't help anything!!
