I'm sure the Klient thing is all great and fine, but personally I have no idea how to use it
This is the community forum for Ryzom.

Just unzip the file you download and run klients.exe that you'll find in the folder. Enter your username and password (the same you use to access the game) and you're in. After the first time you use it, it stores your username/password (encrypted) so you can auto-login from that point forward.taria wrote:I'm sure the Klient thing is all great and fine, but personally I have no idea how to use it
Well I appreciate all the fantastic advice on their nice little klient support chat..gralen wrote:Just unzip the file you download and run klients.exe that you'll find in the folder. It really is the fastest and easiest way to get out of game help.
We're all a bit stressed over the uber Yubos and their friends, just like the harvesters were going ballistic over the way Patch 1 initially destroyed (not just harmed) harvesting. Harvesters are happy again (overjoyed is more like it) and Cerest has already said that the uber Yubos are not supposed to be that way; hopefully that means a further tuning for all critters and not jus Yubos.jksmith wrote:Well I appreciate all the fantastic advice on their nice little klient support chat..
However, I have never played an online game in 6 years that did not make some sort of official statement on their website > news or on the official forums that said what had happened and why you could not log in and play their game in which you pay for..
Perhaps I am just extremely pissed off at the moment because the game is sliding like no other I have ever seen.. Besides the crash today, if a brand new player cannot kill a freaking suckling yubo of all things there are some serious underlying issues with their dev process...

Its a new game. IMO it will take about 6 months for things to become "player friendly" at least work out most of the bugs, and get a good solid player base. So this kinda stuff definitly sux but not suprising.gralen wrote:LOL...anyone who knows me knows that I cry foul when I see it and have done so with this patch. If you really want to remain out of the loop then by all means do so.
