Not to fuel the fire ... but just go to their website and look it up yourself.

Matter of fact it was linked in a post last week.

The heart of whatever problem you have though would be better addressed by mentioning it or PMing a CSR.

EQ CS reply time, three to FOUR hours
Ryzom CS reply time from responce of GM to resolution of issue, less than two minutes.

That is ALL I have to say, Defence rests, Late' s on me boys.

You think the company behind Ryzom learned something about what about EACH game works and what does not?? Hmm I think so.

Me too. It was meant to be sarcastic and I have nothing but the dearest respect for our crew. I'm not sure what went wront with the patching though... Hopefully we'll get it enjoyable again.

Harvesting is MUCH easier post mini patch. Pre patch one, agressive speed and rate, gentle quality, TRICKED out prospecting WITH knoweldge. Three units of Q50 predictably, Had enough focus to go for about three more before hitting heal focus, and about ten nodes before resting. post patch one, BASIC prospecting with Choice only upgrade, gentle speed rate AND quality (got tired of dying to gas, and MULTIPLE explosions in the area of 250 hp each) got ONE unit of Q35 predictably, and a bit more or better quality on the RARE occassion. Focus was charged EACH time the action bar indicated an extraction, SO what HAD cost 100, was costing on average 400 focus. There were nodes I was SITTING in the middle of to regen focus, I used self heal focus EVERY time it repopped, and sat about 30 seconds...EACH node.

I haven't tried on my main post mini patch, but on my Tryker baby, level 25 I think...she was able to propsect, using her BEST prospecting (nothing to write home to mama about) and her BEST extraction, and have enough focus to prospect and harvest two more nodes before hitting the self heal focus button. Explosions killed her the time I went to get a drink in mid extraction. *slaps on wrist* Bad girl! She was getting two or three units, predictably, and a rare fourth. ALL basic grade, ALL Q20 (best she can do yet).

I am not sure this is a TOTAL unnerf, BUT the focus tanking EACH extraction IS fixed. Which was my BIGGEST foraging complaint.

I am very relieved to see that they LISTENED...not surprised...just relieved.

EQ players: 400.000+ , 30+ servers

Ryzom Players: < 10.000 ? , 3 servers.

Bad comparison.

Actually it's 4 servers. One NA, one English Euro, one French and one German. :P (I learned my math in elementary school ;) )

And I think the fact that they didn't outsource to Sony/Verant proves they have some clue who to get CSR ;)

One big difference. Sony's GM's were able to make decisions without calling HQ in France.

PS: Glad you can count, I'm gonna take that class next year too!

my original post was because the csrs cant do anything, they cant trade with you, fix stuff for you, or make any decisions

they just talk to you and report bugs
