If you don't do your job properly you get fired. That's just how it is. Anyone who couldn't have seen this response coming a mile away doesn't deserve to be getting paid by Nevrax. It's as simple as that. That also wasn't a very creative flame.

Umm .. lets look a little bigger here ... Perhaps you should stop paying Nevrax since the company as a whole did not see it coming?

ROFL, i actually made the post just to see how people would react and get a general idea of how people felt. I would have listed all my reasons that led me to think that someone should be fired over all the mistakes made, which I wouldnt have made the statement if there were not an overwhelming amount of huge oversights made. Firing is harsh and doing anything that would cause mass cancellations i think would warrant such an action.
As far as my guild, its not for everyone. Were not casual players for the most part, we work extremely hard to achieve goals, and be the best. Were dedicated and work smart. We systematicly accomplish our goals in the order of priority that will make us as successful as possible. We enjoy being amoung the best and thrive in that type environment. Some people play MMOs just to pay 10-15$ a month for an online chat room. Most of our members are not like that. I do not discredit anyone for the play style they enjoy and do not wish people to put down anyone in my guild for theirs.

Didn't you read the post that said their crystal ball was out for repair? I'm curious exactly who do you feel should get fired? The developers who coded the patch? The people who designed the patch? The managers who approved the patch? Or should they just file the entire development staff because everyone had a part in making this patch?

The person who made the call to push the patch live when so many complaints were flooding the forums about specific flaws that many had a problem with. Or do you dispute that there were no flaws now? Why do you think they're responding so fast, people have voted with their checkbooks.
Anyway, not responding to you.
Bye now.

I beg to differ. I think improved sensitivity training is in order. And, if they ever have the time, stress management courses.

The complaints to the forums were made in large by people who had not even played the patch yet. They were also in large part about the vendor system which seems to have had the least complaints. They aren't going to hold back a patch based upon rumors.

I'm sure Cieran or Stigian will reply to this.. but 'were made in large by people who had not even played the patch yet'...
Did you read the TWO very long threads a couple of days ago started by the very people who PLAYED THE PATCH ON THE ATS FOR MANY HOURS? Many of the people responding had done the same.
Granted.. those two threads were totally off base and incorrect. The patch on the ATS was actually perfect, its just when they moved it to the live servers that it was turned into what it is now. /sarcasm off
The developers choose to ignore the feedback and look what it got them?
And btw.. the vendor system isn't bug free. It doesn't work properly for many people and seems that many of the vendors are not either connected properly to the proper region (hoping this gets fixed to, lol).

OMG what planet are you from?
THey were not rumors. They were full fledged bug reports and feedback sent in by people from the test server. Hell DT even created another Guide with screen shots and posted it on his website and linked it. Prior to the patch ever going live.
Cieran and Stygian made huge reports with facts, numbers and data availabel to everyone and provided feedback to Nevrax.
Get a clue.

When you are new to the "proffesion" mistakes are made, its part of the lernign and any respected employer kows that
Nevvy is still new to this, and bar a few things patch ne was fine once adjusted
If people where fired on there first mistake in there jobs there owuld be a lot of legal fights over it.. lol

Yes, i know your guild is a "specilist" guild with the aim to power level to the top, wich is why i did not join in the first place as i am a social gamer
BUT, with you being the leader posts like the origonal one really dont reflect to well, thoughtless, unconstructive and most likly a direct attempt to start flames (or that is how it is shown)
