mine says online but hasnt allowed me and given the shard not open error repeatedly even after several restarts

Fellas...
I know we paid hard earned money (well i do) to play this game.
But let's exercise a little patience and let these guys finish doing what they do and giving us a really good product instead a half baked job which will lead to our further whining and moaning.
So, instead of griping about it, do something creative or productive like drinking vodka at 10 am ...hic...hic...hic...

Getting this message, have another pc logged in so I know the server is not down I suspect that it's full because of the free trial thing? I would have to say that paying customers should be let in first. please fix this.
