raynes wrote:Its a change. Any changes made to a MMO are bad and a nerf. Any changes that are made aren't really the devs attempt to improve the game, it's their attempt to drive players away and to ruin the fun for all players. I mean after all it's not like their jobs depend on players having fun.

hehe Raynes, got that in one! :D

Personally I don't see a problem, so far its been way to easy to level and I really wan't this to be a game that lasts for me and has a trade off for time spent playing not just another game where every man and his dog are super homins after playing for 2 months. Also as an old MUD player I enjoy the community aspect and getting people to achive a goal through teamwork is only going to enrich the experience. P.s. before anyone flames me using the "there is no-one else on when i'm on" arguement keep in mind that i'm in Australia and am on during the quietest times and I still manage to get a group going if i wan't to.
Also looking forward to influx of new faces now that the free trial is up.

I agree with you on the temperance but time will tell and the beauty is the devs can find some balance with time (remember were still newbies), I know its a shame we have to see a couple of extremes to get there but a game is a bit like life in a way - test the boundries and see what works for you, I just hope people can see it for that and don't just leave in the heat of the moment. Now look what i've gone and done i'm being Philosophical.. hmmmm.... maybe i'll go add another caption to the competition on the Aris Saga Board to lighten up again :)

Cheers
