On a side note, they wouldn't have to do a ticket wipe to take it out. They would just have to quit selling them.

See, if I answer those questions, your going to disagree with me, then I'm going to disagree with you, then somebody else will jump in then, next thing you know, this thread is 10 pages long.

I can't speak for all the lands, but this 10hrs of fighting just to get to another land sounds like garbage to me. Last night me and my guildmates (8 of us ranging from 90-120 in main skills) made it from fyros (thesos) to the matis city of Yrkanis in a little over an hour. While we did die a few times it was not as hard as I was thinking it was going to be. And as for tickets, I love em and think it's a great idea.

Its easy from fyros to Matis if you are coming from Thesos. Try going from matis to tryker or from tryker to matis... The maze in Heretic's hovel area is nasty, very easy to get lost in and several trapped areas full of fast spawning monsters in a boxed canyon.

Agreed, the connection to the Burning Desert from Hidden Source is quite easy to navigate and it was the first one we made.
