Ahem, you cannot buy the mats that I need at my level to skill up. Nor will you be able to anytime soon. When they put q100 mats on vendors I would get 100xp per combine. And even if I got full 3k it would take 90 million dappers to level up on them.

And my problem is not that I do not want the skill I leveled up. I want that skill. That is why I picked this race and this skill, because I wanted specifically this skill with this type of weapon.

Really, don't reply if you are clueless.

Stygeon is not a noob Ctusk. He is the official ryzom apologist. You will find a response from him to every thread in this forum (note his senior status) where someone pointed out a flaw in the game. Everytime, Stygeon wisely informs us that the game is better for having that particular problem, and that if we were good ryzom fans, it wouldn't bother us. I would say /ignore him, but then that is broken in game as well...

That pike problem is horrible. Urog has been killing himself to reach 150 for electric pikes too. I hope they give you your pike or respec crafting experience over 100 with the upcoming patch.

Obviously you just want attention or just to complain. There are harvesters who will sell their mats.

I do understand that you want the skill to make the item you wanted. I had thought to give you another way to look at it.

Sorry that you feel the need to flame anyone offering a different point of view on your situation.

Different point of view?! If your point of view is that he should just suck it up and do it all over again because its no big deal then how about you hand him the 18-20,000 mats it will take to get from 100-150 again in the right weaponcrafting tree?

Otherwise, butt out and stop trying to put a happy spin on a BAD bug that NEEDS attention.

Well at least you can actually level up the weapon crafting tree you want to. I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks now just so I can start gaining xp making magical amps/gloves... but the world isnt going to end if I have to wait another week. :P

Have a little patience and they'll probably get the proper weapon put in place of the 'bugged' one.

LOL ^^ lemme guess u are level 90 or below? :P try 100+ and see what REAL crafting is..

Yes you will have to level another skill ... yes you will have to spend more dappers on more mats.

mmm i WISH i could spend dappers... it works up to about level 90 but after that its all harvesting.. And find harvesters?? Find me some harvesters who will supply 1k mats a day for what? money.. after they get a few mil there is no real incentive for them... Im having to abuse my guildmates for this priveledge...

NO you do not have to spend your already earned sp on a skill you no longer want. So all that sp you have earned bank it for the skill you do want.

There are a LOT easier ways to get 500 craft skill points than raising from 100-150.. geez

Im not sure why i even read these boards as clueless people always respond with no knowledge of what actually goes into the skills that knowledgable are talking about..

Um, he is well aware of what it takes to go from 100-150, our guild has a couple of crafters (including myself) that are over 100 in SEVERAL crafting lines and we have some people at 150 in some stuff.

Our harvesters supply us with THOUSANDS of mats per day. Maybe you should join a guild that supports their harvesters? It really doesnt take 'that' long to get from 100-150 in a crafting skill when you have the full support of a guild behind you. This is why Stygeon was posting and saying what he did I think.

Anyway, I say again to have a little patience with this matter. If its a case of mixed up plans it will get switched.
