I quite enjoyed it. I thought the invasion actually looked like an invasion, everyone in Fyros was involved from low level people to high level people. They all got a taste of it. There was much confusion and searching trying to find the boss man. Guilds rallied together. Players helped each other. The world was a different place for 2 whole hours.

But then I must just be easy to please. :P
Hahaha theres is always someone who comes out with the comment "why didn't you log off" :D

I didnt want to log off I thought it would be something special, well I was disapointed wasnt I.

I must be harder to please then some of you.

Also I was expecting a Kitkin Invasion, and all I got was some daft Gingo's and and slap happy crab ;)

Well... there's no reason to logoff, you can always play the event however you see fit, hide in a cavern, try to lead people, ignore it altogether etc... you're the one who decides what's best for you :)

It was something special, but not what you expected. It's not something that happens every day to every race is it? ;)

I must be harder to please then some of you.

Depends where you set your expectation levels... if you're too selective you'll be in for a truckload of disapointments :(

Also I was expecting a Kitkin Invasion, and all I got was some daft Gingo's and and slap happy crab ;)

Eh, I'm glad they found something different this time... how boring would it be if all 'invasions' were from the kittins...

Well it seemed sensible if you were really disappointed to stop playing. But you lasted the whole two hours of excrutiating hell. Well done.

Can't you go 'down the roots' and do Kitin? :)

I lasted the whole 2 hours of "Hell" as you called it because there *May* have been a really cool end boss. Unfortunatly there wasnt :(

I dont want to "Do" Kitin ... I kill them but never ever have I "Done" one :P

I want to also say that though the frahars may have been a on ehit wonder to your self and a few others the majority of people hanging round pyr are of low level and not l33t dyron monkey magic powerlevelers :P .

For not getting no XP well thats the joys of being a high level :P I know that people in my guild of lvl 30 melee where getting som eform of XP though i cant remember the amounts.

Look at it this was if we got invaded by lvl 125 frahars, The boards would be full of posts from the lower level guys saying like OMG what a crap event way to hard we couldnt even get past cerakos gate let alone free the leviers.

Look at the big picture folk the game doesnt evolve round a select group. It has to have a sort of balance we are a community start acting like one and stop thinking about your selfs.

I'm sorry that the event was not enjoyable for some of you guys. Lesson learned and your feedback has been passed on to the Events Team.

I never saw this event but it sounds like the same kind of thing we had in Matis a while back.

I have to say I enjoyed the event, but there is a little room for improvement. What would be nice I think would be to perhaps let other races know so we can (if we choose) come to the aid of our neighbours, but that's just my preference.

As far as the actual events go, I like the fact there is a good spread of mobs from a level standpoint, as it means everyone can get involved, although the issue we had was the 'Choc' warriors who were one shotting everyone. Hopefully by the time the next invasion rolls around we will have players sufficiently tough as to be able to take them on.

With regard to XP, you do get XP for killing invasion mobs, but as the 'baby' ones are quite low level you don't get a lot. I think I was around melee 40 and was getting something like 7XP for the smallest ones. I would not expect to get anything for them now.

One thing I will agree with is that there isn't really any sense of achievement at the end. Sure we killed the boss, but I found I was left with a kind of "oh, is that it, are we done?" feeling. Perhaps it would be better if we had to fight progressive waves of mobs that exit Prime Roots and spread out from there, and keep doing so until we actually kill the boss at the Prime Roots entrance and stop him calling reinforcements. That way, we could actually drive the invaders back, rather than just running around looking for the boss. Have huge numbers of mobs at the Roots, so one group can't charge in and kill the boss immediately.

I love the idea if invasions, and enjoyed the last one a lot. I think with a little work, they can be a truly great experience.
