Not just to Cerest, but to our entire staff, thank you for working your butts off, very much so. To our events manager, damn you you always plan them for when i'm not on, you do it on purpose don't you. Just kidding, thanks guys.

Ah hell ..
Yah .. I agree .. the support staff for this game is the best out of any MMOG I have seen. The problem I am having is figuring out if the people behind them are any good.
While I have kinda made some negative posts about cerest, none of them were really directed at him. I am not sure I agree the people who are making the calls behind the scenes. I think they need to open the lines of communication a bit more. Cerest should not only know about future changes and emergency bug fixes, but he should be able to post about them. More than once he has been in the dark and posted wrong information. It wasnt his fault but it still doesnt look good to me.

that said it is the way of companies that the ones who get all of the heat are usually the last to know ... usually because they get bombed by us the clients when we discover something and they have to go looking for answers.
