I wonder if we can save pictures to the encyclopedia. I recently bought Myst Revelation and you can do that - take pictures and make notes in your own book. That would truely be great if you could do that in Ryzom.
Actually that wasn't taken on my own computer. It's on the computer in the house I dogsit for. It's on med. settings. So that should be what it looks like on most computers.

I'm still working on getting some really nice high rez ones. :)

As I had to start a new character on the test server I only got to see some of the noob island and a bit of the main land. So far the biggest improvement is that the Zorai welcomers now work. It adds a ton when you have actual NPC's talking to you. I also noticed there is a Zorai npc bartender in Zora now. The pre-order item now seems to work. I did notice that there was no music playing. So I guess that will be in the live version.

LOL ahh, remember the big "Discussions" we used to have? I tried so hard to get them to fix that game but they moved along at a snails' pace. Finally I just gave up and left. I managed to powerlevel all the crafting to level 9 and got so bored for lack of anything else to do.

I stayed till pretty much the end, kicking and screaming about exploration and story content. I guess when I beleive in something I tend to put everything into getting it. Lets hope Nevrax does stay true to the story and really pushes it, they are going to be in for a rough time from me if they don't. lol lol

They are already so much better than EA, remember how long it took for EnB to even get a bug patch? 6 months is not a reasonable amount of time before a major fix. They had so many other problems that just weren't addressed. The players were willing but their programmers were either lazy or just not paid enough. When I canceled both my accounts, they finally called me up and asked me what could have made my experience better. Well too late! I already gave my two-cents. They never even replied to my long winded posts and now they care why I quit? Cerest is great over here, he's quick to respond to players and has shown a genuine interest to make this game better. If this is an indication of how this game will progress, I certainly will stay past the release of EQ2.
