is there a newb guide for getting this to run.. if this is something thats relatively easy for most people to get running.. then maybe my brain isnt developed enough....... ill just ditch my efforts..

i tried first on windows xp.. with java 1.6.. i think what is happening is, the zip program wants to open the jar file as an archive. it wont allow me to run anything, or doesnt recognize the file type maybe.. i try to "open with" then select java from the program folder. nothing happens.

i tried second on a mac os 10.5.8 with java 1.6.. it says it cannot run the file. nothing happens.

i think the real problem is.. i am not familiar at all with the terminology or how this "should" work. does this run inside a browser window using java? or is there a java shell that it runs in?

anywho.. clueless... but thanks for helping. it seems like a cool program.

so tried the first suggestion.. nothing happened.. downloaded and put the batch-file into the ryzominfotool folder.. and it worked.
