)

But I started the suitable request on that same right away.
Now we´ll see if its regarded in any way.
I´m sorely disappointed in the treatment of probably valuable discussions around today though.
Its a shame.
It was one single case at the moment. No other threads with discussions about game improvements have been closed.
To say that proposals or discussions about the game are treated in a bad way is quite exaggerated.
I think that it's the poll that attracted the interest that led to the closing of the thread. You can discuss here. There are tons of thread on all three forums about game proposals. To say discussions about game features in these forums aren't wanted is simply *wrong*.
You're right if you say it's not a wise step to close it because of the poll since it reflects the opinion of the community. But don't say discussions are treated badly in general. Stay correct.

Not really, this is the English speaking forum. Au revoir!

UserVoice - more like vote for the ideas that the devs like.
If players voices counted at all they would have fixed affys by now.

I'm going to close this thread now. If you want to give opinions or propose new ideas, please use the feedback site.

We were instructed to take opinions and ideas to UserVoice - and not only those relating to the subject matter of the original thread.
Closing a civil discussion thread in this manner is simply bad PR.

Fact is nevertheless that former discussions (and I'm sure future discussions) weren't closed. So just keep everything as it was before - let's keep discussing topics here (but without polls, that was the thing that stirred up everything I think) and when they are ready and "grown out" let's take them to the Feedback forum.
Only if from now on every single proposal thread is closed *then* it's worth to be upset - in my opinion.

You can say, what you want, I disbelieve longer, that anybody is interestet in our opinion. I ve lost my faith ... (and everybody from german community knows, how strong it was)

The past month let me make the transition of 'losing faith' over 'p***ed' to 'deeply disappointed'.
One advantage of UserVoice is, that the devs don't need to bother with criticism, because once you declare a suggestion as completed or inappropriate it won't be commented there anymore.

I don't think the feedback "forum" should be the place for discussion, not just because it doesn't really work that well for the purpose but also because it's not at all suited for fine tuning idea's
The way I think it should work is that idea's are discussed here and then, once they've been "fleshed out", are moved to the feedback section for voting. There really is no point in voting for half an idea or some vague notion that "something about this or that should be changed but don't pin me down on the details."
The uservoice thingy is,I think, to determine how people think about certain idea's not to make things up as we go...
(would be nice to have some official response to confirm or deny this or at the very least give us some indication as to what the deal is with the feedack forum)
As it is now the dev's will not only have to look at the suggestions but also take in consideration the comments which, in my opinion, kinda defeats the purpose.
I for one will continue to post suggestions here untill someone clearly tell me I shouldn't.
Edit: spelling
