Every post worded such as the OP, usually solicits the fanboi brigade, believe me I know, I solicit them often enough lol.
It's not my fault if your post falls under that description. By your own action towards me you are in effect admitting to this. By being fast to respond to a general reference of the nature of the OP and taking it as a direction to you personally.
I admit nothing! Nothing I tell you! Well, ok then. Upon re-reading your first post, it is clear that you were, in fact, *not* referring to my post explicitly. My apologies.
My quick reaction to your non-reaction to my reaction to the OP was triggered by my strong dislike for people classifying things without nuance, which you appeared to be doing.
Truth be told though, it *does* irritate me that the devs leave important stuff out of the patch notes. On the other hand, I think they have done a solid job of getting this game going (apart from all those crashes saturday and the affy nerf and that icky new targeting system and the intrusive tooltips
.)

Yup yup well said, and I agree. I think many still have a bad taste from the constant dieing and rezzing of Zom like it is in an OP battle. Then to be brought up in a shroud of secrets and no info.
But I can let a lack of notes go if they actually do good works on the game, aside from that affy (bad bad devs *spank)
I think both sides of the fence fanboi and otherwise is on high agro from all the turmoil.

Sorry, this isn't a fanboi response, and I don't care if someone that only appears as some text on a forum thinks otherwise: OP, if you want to ask a question or demand an answer, learn to write.
It's called constructive criticism, not "write a bunch of nonsense."
If anyone here hasn't noticed, more has been done to this game than in roughly 2 and a half years (since I have been around.) And if the OP thinks he/she can do better, he/she should realize that if they cannot simply word out a post on a forum, then they might not have any business demanding "work" from anyone.

Nope don't sound fanboi to me at all. Seems a fair and honest responce to OP.
And yes I agree lots more activity on the dev front has been happening in a short period of time than most of us are used to seeing. Just not all has been documented. Also not all has been unanimously agreeable to the fans of this great game. But it has been activity nonetheless so we'll see how it pans out.

Well, I only speak out when someone is not criticizing, but throwing in that lil extra something that means nothing: "We are paying you, now get to work!"
Anyway, I'm sure we can all forgive them this time..but next time, if they perform such a cardinal sin, we will simply...post about it on these forums while we continue to pay them money?
Oh, wait..

As "
Neil Gaiman" once said so eloquently: "
Authors are not your *****!"
Neither are Devs.
Allright, we pay their fees in a way, but that does not force them in any way to obey our every wish and whim.
*shrug*
I like what´s going on behind the scenes, even if I´m not quite contend with some changes the patch made.
So, I´ll wait and see what happens next.
And btw. demanding to know what´s in an event BEFORE its even started would be like getting a full list of all your X-Mass and Birthday presents on January 1st each year.
Spoiling the surprise. I wouldn´t want to have that.

I have to agree with Beau and Acridiel. I support the general dissatisfaction about the affy nerf and consider system, I think the tooltips can be made better although I like them (I just want more info than simply the costs and range on them... like what the action actually DOES) and the fact that missions should NOT offer gear based rewards (especially non-craftable ones).
On the other hand, the current event has been providing me with way too much fun and I'm so happy to see so many new things in so little time that I will certainly not come screaming "This is horrible ! Where do I unsub!" I feel no sympathy for Drama Queens... never had, never will.
