Ya know, my poor homin now has nightmares because he saw a naked homin named Gary out harvesting. Yeah, you thought plumber's crack was bad. Oy.

So I hope, for the sake of my homin's sanity, that the decay rates are fixed. :)

robin wrote:You know, that this conversation is EVEN occuring is absolutely ridiculous! And this is not 'beta testing' material here, folks. This is pre-alpha design flaws. Everyone that purchased this game deserves a partial refund, if they desire it. This, in my mind, is one of the ultimates in retailing an unfinished, untested product. The development team is rivaling the FDA with its inept testing of pharmaceuticals before they go to market. Just plain disgusting.

Are you able to connect to the game? Yes.
Are you able to play the game? Yes.
Does it stop you from playing? No.
Does it result in the game, or your system, crashing? No.
Has Nevrax acknowledged the issue? Yes.
Are they fixing it? Yes.
Is it going to be a problem in the long term? No.
Is it worth going into a tirade over, demanding refunds? No.
Is it deserving of a refund? No.

I mean, I understand the frustration over the issue, and it has been discussed many times already. Cerest has noted that they know it's an issue, he has said he will "nudge" the appropriate parties to push it up in priority, and we're getting an additional free week of play before we're billed in return for being patient and supportive while they iron everything out.

I think you need to lighten up and look at the situation for what it is... a temporary inconvenience - in a *game*.

Personally, I find it pretty funny.. a bunch of naked warriors running around. Too bad I haven't had the chance to see it myself. If I were in-game and witnessed it, I'd try to gather everyone together for a group photo and post it on a fan-site.

It's a temporary inconvenience, not a life-halting tragedy.

LOL Lupine, I couldn't of said it any better!!

The decay is not an issue in the primary zone (ie where your cities are). Its when you go to higher level zones like the 50-100 mobs or 150 mob zones that it starts to decay fast. If you are killing wussy little mobs (ie baying gingos) my armor doesnt even get scratched, but heading down deeper in Fleeting gardens (the 50-100 level matis zone) and the decay is horrid.

So for right now we have taken to buying everyone level 1 caster pants so its not like a huge orgy going on, and having the main tank in armor the rest naked.. But hopefully the fix will come for this soon, as level 1 cast pants can get a bit chilly at times :) and these seashells on my top half dont seem to cover much! lol

It is rather oddball that I can tank naked and actually take less damage from mobs at or below my level. Melee 50.

But, don't try it with mobs above your level, they shred you. I would just as soon as mobs way below my level not aggro on me.
