I heard it was down when they first brought things back up again, you'd kinda expect things like that in a testing phase though.

Yeah you would...

As I said though, I submitted a ticket a couple of weeks ago and got a response/solution so it seems to be working to some extent.

1. servers/hosting are crap, people getting booted for hours at a time, crashes then oddball errors which *fix* themselves after a few hours and so on.

This is a new one to me...I haven't been booted once.

2. CSR support, I'm a big fan of the job our csr's do but recently they are as rare as kitin larvae in the desert, nearly all weekend I saw Aapeli in game once and Boroshi and Mokoi on CEB, uni chat is alot of spam, bugs all over the place, stupid errors (see 1) and we have no-one to help/whinge at

I've always had Uni turned off so I couldn't sympathise on that one. Everytime I put in a ticket I get a chat within 20 mins at most.

3. Screw any content sort that stupid flag/compass north/save on log off bug, losing flags/UI when you log is stupid and frankly silly it has been around so bloody long.

Content is king! I agree the flag is bug is silly, but honestly I haven't had that problem in months and if I ever do, I have a saved copy of my settings.

I've seen so many people quit over the last few weeks for perfectly good reasons and most of them should have been sorted ages ago!

Maybe they all left to go play Rune Quest or Toon Town. I say bring on the monthly billing! I'm ready to pay for bug fixes and content!
