Regarding the HO thing, We have 3 HO's because its our choice.
We have 6 HO spots available, but sometimes, its just not necesarry to fill them all.
If you think its needed to promote, just to promote. Instead of promoting when the quality justifies it, then thats your choice. I would argue the opposite.

If a newcomer wants to learn some good dig spots for grind mats in Dyron, you can ask me : I LIVE there. The most known and some of the less known ones.
*dodges Cherkin and runs* I don't know them all yet, but you should get enough alternate spots to never run out of mats to dig.
You can always ask me for a trek from Pyr to Dyron, I'll be more than happy to trek you and your packers for free and to show you the safest path.

I'm with Jack (see above) in counting ExGS as one of my faves. Good people, helpful people, strong people, friendly people.
Yes, they do market themselves. So what? They have a good product, and make no false claims.
Ok, well, certain personal claims might be exaggerated a bit, but if you can't tell that it's all in good fun you need a humor transfusion.

We are currently undergoing a complete overhaul of the Ryzom branch's leadership structure and goals for the future. Stay put for more information. During this time, we will not be actively recruiting. If by some crazy reason, you'd still want to become an active member of the family, feel free to send me, Pelian, SunCe or Zenera a tell.
Oh and... I am currently the new Guild Leader of Exodus Syndicate and... sitting on SunCe's throne is VERY scary.
