TPM stance is Karavan, not neutral.

Riv meant neutral civilization-wise. TPM is listed under karavan but there are matis Kara, tryker kara, fyros kara and neutral kara (neutral kara means that you guys accept all civs basicly).
Just trying to clarify a bit.
