1. End the Game
2. open "run" in the Windows Start Menue
3. type cmd and press Enter

It seems Arispotle has been down for a little while so far today, and is feeling a bit "up and down"
Aniro and Leanon are fine (for the moment), so feel free to try them out provided you behave and don't bug their CSRs
Sadly due to a lack of devs etc we can't get a simple reboot, so we'll keep you updated when we can.
Edit: At the risk of jinxing it, server has been up for a while now, so I'm posting an update. Hopefully it'll stay that way

Here's your simple way of determining whether the issue is you or the servers:
Download and install
Klients
Run it, login
Look at the userlist:
More than ten people in Klients = server down
Less than ten = server up, do what Acridiel said

When I said it would happen again, I didn't mean it had to be right away...
EDIT : Seems to be loading normally, what's wrong ?

Yep, I'm still off Ryzom as I have been since I started this thread. Tried several times a day, and still same result. I'm glad to hear other people are having similar problems, though distressed that these problems are occurring at all. :,(
