All the above, plus

- Aging characters
- Offspring
- Guild missions
- I would love to have a real reason to form a packer caravan through dangerous territory for trading with other civilisations.

(Agrees with Katriell 100%)

- temporary Mission impact on Gameplay. But very difficult to accomblish, to prevent exploitation.
For example: Cutting of "Kitin supply lines", to lower their number in a given aerea. To prevent another Invasion. If any would come.

- More "useless" items. Fun stuff, like hats, winter/summer clothing, etc. (Hats are simply more "hairdresses" ;) )

- R² back with more things to do. More Items, more trigers, etc. And for those who absolutely need it, with a codesystem or whatever its called :p

- more variantion in mob design. Not simply smaller and bigger mobs of the same species, but "young" and "adult" coat paterns. Same goes for animal sounds. More variantions!!! Each Mob its own voice!!!

- want to finally see the Karavan Troopers and Kami "were-chickens" InGame!!

- want to see the loooong ago promised new races.

- want to see the loooong ago promised new planets.

- want to see the loooong ago promised new clothing...

- The Kitin Nest.

Edit: The looooong ago promised "spread of the Goo". Associated missions and Animals back!!!

And admittedly I don´t care if its 2.0 or 1.5 that´ll bring these. :p
As long as Ryzom stays true to its original vision and "mission", to be different from the "run of the mill" and more like a Pen&Paper RPG than any other MMO out there.

Please understand that I don´t want to start an argument here but there´s one thing I definetly do NOT want in Ryzom 2.0 or any future of the Game.
And that is:

- Cloning of mechanics/ideas/Systems that will water down the experience to the level of "famous MMOs", just for the sake of the game being easier/more accesible/more profitable. Please, please, please, don´t!!!
I don´t mind changes that realy improve the game/gameplay, but please don´t make it too "easy".

The ability to let team members ride/use inventories of one's meks.

(Currently riding round the jungle with Ysq saying "Damn, you're making me wish I brought my mek too..." :p )

- animals to not just pop in out of no where. I want a bit of special effects for their transitioning into the world

- groups of animals to be a bit more aware of their surroundings so that if they see someone attacking one of their group 10 feet away, to not just stay inactive, go defend your brother !!!

- more lifelike routines for all NPCs and animals. Not just walking around, standing, taking a leak. Interact with each others. Have a community intelligence where if your heard/group is being attack to run away in terror if you are overwelmed by the power of the attacker. Have NPCs discuss with each others (not just standing there and continuously doing it but like take a wake then upon meeting someone or a group, stop to talk a bit then continue walking). Have NPCs sometimes wave at you and say "Hi !"

- have NPCs and animals affected by the surroundings (ex: gas coming out of a node, not just Packers !!!!)

- have bumpmaping/normals materials !!!!

- have people (NPCs and players) in bars and restaurants really eat and drink !!!

- I agree with others, have cooking and foresting skills !!!!

- have a MOB free day once in a while !!!

come on, AoD can branch off to the exact spells...Flame Mage/Fire Master and etc...or whatever..

Finish the Outpost buildings, trainers at ops, merchants at ops etc.

Uhm, animals already have a different socialty grade, so you are asking something that's already in game.

Yes, socialty is different for each kind of animal and some are not social at all, but the behaviour is something part of the knowledge any homin should learn during his life in Atys.

In some case, animals are social with different specie, ie: try to attack an arma (that is not social at all) in Void and see what happens if a bunnie is near: the bunnie will come to defend his dumb friend.

The knowledge is encoded in the encyclopedia. Unfortunately, that is something never finished. But if you do the "Bawaab" jungle rite, you'll get a complete description of the bawaabs characteristics.

Encyclopedia is one of the things that should be finished, adding them something more useful than the actual rewards. It can be used to unlock some feature: ie, when you get a knowledge about bodocs, you could have the ability to charm one and gain a new kind of packer. Or the knowledge of the geography can give you the way to learn a new path and a new land. And so on... you can add so many things that is just a matter of fantasy.

Rites could be actually quests with a meaning, a historic lessons or knowledge. Nevrax should have completed first Encyclopedia, before any other thing, such as OP or Ring.
