The lose of the guild tags has happened before. Any player in a guild who hasn't played in a month or
so and still has an active subscription should still be able to access the guild hall and guild functions.
Hopefully the player is a leader or high officer.This lose however is a serious problem
and it took the devs a few weeks to straighten things out.

Arispotle had some problems with one of the services this morning (manifesting as no chat, no guilds, no friendslists, etc) - some time in the afternoon it crashed and hasn't been up since. The other servers have had no lag or problems with services, but shortly after Aris crashed Aniro stopped letting players log in.
We're contacting the server admins, and as soon as we have some concrete news we'll let you know

Servers must be down, yeah noticed that it was looping saturday night for me. And still doing the loop thingie as of this post. Ryzom's main page list all servers Green, but we all seen that before.
Would be nice for some fixes but at this time I don't see that coming.
