What an idiot, Kelly...should tell people she is running a blog and not a news site. Correct me if I'm wrong, but blogs are about opinion with MAYBE a few facts thrown in, where journalists rely on facts.. Am I wrong?

Sorry, point of interest for me -- but you're correct of course, blogs are not technically sources of news -- but be that as it may, people use them to disseminate information -- so they are another channel for delivering news. Just one you shouldn't trust too much. But then, don't trust mainstream media too much either -- one should always ask themselves the question 'What does the journalist & news source get from reporting this' to see if they were being objective or not. Sometimes it is impossible to tell >.<
