The quantity of mats should be left, this is because it takes a number of people to kill them, so sharing 60 mats between a few players makes it worth while, if you reduce the number of mats in a drop then its going to be a waste of time alot of the time.
I mean as it is Ive been in alot of hunts where you only end up with 7 or 8 mats per mob killed. Also they are ment to be hard to kill thats why there should be more mats in the bosses.
Yes alot of bosses are camped, personaly I prefered to have the mad rush around after reboot and random timers on top of that, this gave everyone on the server a chance to hunt them as they knew that all boses would pop on reboot.
Personaly I dont have the time or patience to "camp" bosees, I have a look around a few times a day if I think a boss it due, if its up we arrange for its death if not we move on tot he next and hope that its up.
Its all fair and well to make the bosses pop more often but all that means is that people camping them will just continue to do so and gain more and more mats. If you want boss mats you are going to have to do what the rest of us do and put a little time and effot in and check bosses more than once.
The best things come to thoes who wait.

Make bosses respawn on a random timer; fixed time (3.5 days) + D6 hours.
That should allow players from each timezone to have a chance at them.

if the boss is left for the full 4 days, it will drop 60+ mats, if its killed after 2 days of being up then only 30 mats ect ect.
its more spawns (only if killed more often), not more mats.
the more its camped the less its drops per kill

kinda active discouragment for campers =)
and yes there may be a chance that some random homin will discover a boss 20mins after its spawned and then kill only get 5 mats from but - but at least they got the chance and *something* to show from it.
prehaps increase the timer to 8-12hours with starting drop of 9 so that a full team can at least split evenly.

Gotta laugh at the campers who pay to play each month to just sit at a boss spawn, or do daggers on Lumpers in PR to make it look like they not camping 
We do checks on ALL bosses on a daily basis maybe 4-6 times. Now we put the effort in to go look for them while others waste their RL money to just sit there in hope its gonna pop.
Look on the bright side we have seen and killed Bosses only to find the reg campers sitting there a hour later. To keep up the ruse u just pop along every hour or so just to make them waste even more time on a boss thats been killed but they are hoping its still gonna pop.

To my knowledge this IS already the case, altho I might be wrong.
And tbh I think the bosses are fine as they are atm. If you want to kill bosses, put effort in it, no need to camp really, just checking often might be enough. If you want to get a lot of boss mats, you gotta work for it, think thats normal no? If I want a lot of supreme dug mats i gotta check or "camp" the spots too... If you would apply the same system to the supreme spots (which you should do if you implent it on the bosses), every one would get crazy mad I think...

actually i dont think it would be that bad for sup mats,
if it was a 8-12hr refill starting with 9 and building by 1, (being reset once emptied)
given the weather, after geting back to the spot it may be another 4 hours before the sup pops lol getting the digger 15 sups - enough zun for 1 amp if zun is what your digging =)

I don't look for them, so that when I finally see them it' s cool suprise. If people want to "hunt" them and camp them out, so be it. Not a tactic I would use, but oh well.
