Most of the players in Ryzom are supportive and good people. Like any game there are a few bad apples.
The game is worth trying, like boroshi said Klients is a good place to go for help. Sorry things did not start off well for you, hope you will give us another chance.

you cant expect for ppl to camp the forums and respond in seconds. and yes, you are the spammer and a troll. and wrote in the wrong forum and used the wrong tool to get live support.

funny thing it, you would of got the help even tho all those mistakes you did, if only you would of waited a few hours after your first post.

Seems someone didn't noticed the name of this subforum: Newcomer WELCOME board.

If you are not going to welcome a new player, please don't post, even if it is the wrong place to post technical problems. Would be more profitable just writing: "Ask in the technical forum, please or use the live chat support".

I hope mods will camp more often the forum to avoid stupid and useless answers here.

As a side note: a couple of links in the free-trial page, pointing at tech forum and the Klients downloader, with a small note, would be helpful, considering most of mmos around don't have a live support tool as Klient.
