If GF are working on the tagged faction healing bug, I would like to offer a suggestion.
At present, non tagged people cannot heal tagged people in active PvP combat, in order to prevent abuses by non-attackable healers.
However, as a neutral who thinks Homins killing each other at the whim of the higher powers is stupid and counter to our own interests, I would still like to be able to preserve Homin lives where possible.
My suggestion is that non tagged players can heal dead active PvP players - but not above zero -
So a non tagged player can save a tagged combatant from respawning, but not actually rez them .. until their PvP times out. The PvP player can respawn any time they wish, as always, but this gives them the option of waiting for another tagged player to arrive, or their timer to run out.
The possible abuse of this, is a healer could bring someone nearly back to life, then a tagged healer could easily bring them up to full strength... but that tagged healer is in proximity to whoever killed the original corpse, so has problems of their own - or has enough friends already that an extra healer doesnt matter anyway.

I assume your well intentioned, but in some instances the winner of the battle wants the opponent to "go away". You should immediately be flagged for PvP by healing a combatant and be subject to retaliation. Elsewise someone with the intent to annoy would have more help completing his mission.
There is no true faction righting currently implemented in our gameplay, merely one of 2 factions to fly a flag under, the choices could have been red/blue as little as selection means to gameplay... "friendly" battles are usually restricted to duels as the team duel is not yet implemented.
Having seen supposedly "wanting to preserve life" homins heal a griefer many many times in Yrkanis before these changes, I wouldn't like anything close to your suggestion enabled.

The other effect of this proposal.. is that killed people can stay dead longer..
Instead of having to respawn after five minutes, they can be kept as yellow dots until they choose to press their respawn button.
This means they can hang around longer trash-talking without anyone being able to nuke them, but they could do that across Region anyway. /ignore is appropriate under those circumstances.
Remember, the last of the evils released from Pandoras Box.. was Hope
/edit ..on further thought, If the non tagged heal has no effect on HP, just on the respawn timer, that would accomplish what I desire.
That is, the ability to preserve homin life, without interfereing in combat balance. The corpse still would need to be healed all the way up by a tagged healer.
Players intent on fighting will respawn anyway, to get back into the fight quicker. AFK players killed by griefers could be sustained until their pvp timer expires, and then rezzed.

enable heal spells to bypass the "safe zones"
ie healing from inside to another player inside being allowed,
healing from outside to a player inside being allowed,
healing from inside to a player outside breaking your own "safeness"
the benefits for this are huge, and dont cause any unbalance either, would just teams can heal up at the TP without haveing to make themselves vulnerable. this would also obliterate any possability for camping TP's to gank barely regenerated players trying to heal up too

This causes sooo much trouble for players and CSR's. Would be good to have fixed as well.
