When asshats interfere with OP transfers it's useful, other than that it's a pain in the neck. If there was a transfer without battle option it might as well be removed I agree.

that would definitely be an exploit, because one side would make this exploit possible on purpose. hehe, and you cant even lie your way out of it either, so... do it!
with this case, there is so many possible ways to get away from it and there is no proof that it was done intentionaly. even if it was... that teaches to pick a wrong side.

Only the leaders can banish?, unless you have an alt as leader in the oposing faction?
**Banishing once is an accident , the same guild doing it twice at the same OP is exploiting! I don't expect the Devs to do much, but they should!

ok remove it, then it cant be used for purposes not intended.
or make it so you can ban only individuals from the battle

I can see why you are annoyed. But they are working on things. both Ranged and Craft systems are undergoign an overhaul. As well as the other things they are looking at, its just a question of when.
They cant fix everything straight away. We all know that there is plenty to fix!
They do need to sort out is CSR are staffing, its rediculous, there are several very knowledgeable ex-jolt CSR's who still play the game, why not ask them? *shrug*
btw Kye. Androbia is a girl (i think.. ?)
and NO: I'm not a huge GF fan, but they are doing a dam sight better job than i expected them to do. (who knows, maybe in 3 months time ill be forced to eat my words.)
Incidently, AFAIK the DEV team is about 90% the same as nevrax... (I.E GF

aris = Nev)

first bad move was sacking the events team...now they're wasting precious time training another. then there's the CSR team, doing their very best but understaffed, (there's practically nobody online past 8pm...) I dunno, maybe GF wanted to have a fresh start, from the bottom. I guess they didn't figure out how desperate we all were for things to move on, content, events etc. We're just gonna have to be patient and wait a few more months... But whining about it won't bring more job interviews i'm afraid (unless some of us volunteer

)
oh well

Since you bought the game, you get our money and give us nothing, no kitin lair, no events, nothing is new for players.
Give us nothing? Ryzom was about to be shut down and they kept it running so they gave us... RYZOM! Thats hardly nothing

I understand there is reason for frustration here but i also seem to notice the OPs have become a major source of discord and frustration lately.
Maybe the OP "passions" are running a bit too hot

?
Gameforge invested money in this game, and to keep it running costs them too. Developing and implementing new stuff is not cheap.
Cancelling your subscriptions "en masse" for a month? Sure, go ahead and do it, just dont be surprised if there will be no game to come back to. Would that solve your problem?

Meh, sorry

Anyway i was just pointing out that he/she was doing a good job to restore confidence in the CSR team, althought they are seriously lacking csr.

If GameForge had not have won, some other company would have (There were at least 2 other bids being considered by the courts).
They didn't, therefore, stop the game from being shut down. Any of those bids would have stoped the game from being shut down.
