I've thought about my views and although I find it an appealing idea I ant see it working in practice,
plus there is a tactical element that will be put to rest by these rules,

Its pointless, theres always going to be people who wont do these things suggested, i almost always turn off region chat when attending OP wars. As for counter attacks at the same time as defences i think its sad, people will try and waste 2hours of hard work for the other "side" during an attack by counter attacks.
But as i said whats the point, no one will ever play nice, will be a weight off my head at least when kami's no longer own outposts, and i'm sure the karavan need a few more cats so its not gunna be long

ofc them counter attacks are a massive waste of time just like the 1 declare a day policy where certain guilds wasted our time.

Wasting time and using counter attacks to not only stop a kami OP win but also have us lose one, sad. But i'm sure you'll be seeing alot more time wasting tactics when the kami have nothing left to lose

in that case counter declares are a valid tactic as it achieves something, as opposed to dodgy declares which achieve nothing

Cos the situations are exactly the same
Kami have nothing to lose but everything to gain, karavan have one outpost worth taking left. Im not saying i would personally do "fake" attacks, but i can see why people would, oh well not my problem soon i hope.

lol, Dunno Yaf, You're sounding pretty Kara when you say "will be a weight off my head at least when kami's no longer own outposts"
*shouts* KARA!!!KARA!!!
(p.s. I feel the same way anymore tho,But owell, I'll help Kami defend when I know about a battle... Till they have none left to defend...Then we'll see what happens
)

No one will respect it and especially not Kamis who have nothing left to lose now. (And yes, I am Kami). If the OPs were at least somewhat equally owned, that would be a valid set of rules, too late now that it's "vietnam" and we are trying to get the Kara aggressors out of our land.
