Congratulations, you really did a great job!
Ryzom is now kicking ass for more than 2 years, and i'm still surprised by the beauty of this world. May it continue!
After so much time on Atys, it makes me feel strange not knowing anyone in your movie. If I can find time, I should pop you in once!
Your OP battles seem slightly different from "our" Atys. As I can see, there is only a few warriors, and dozen of casters. Maybe it is only impression due to the wide angle of view.

You´re right about that, due to the wide angle and due to the fact that the actuall "fireworks" look way more impressive Melee-Warriors are not seen very clearly. But they are there. 
But well, admittedly most People use Magic in these Fights. *shrug*
I know that a good melee can do a lot of good/bad (depending on wich side he/she´s on) there
