You should be able to simply click on the download link which takes you to an html page that has a Quicktime movie control. Make sure your browser has the Quicktime plugin.
As for itunes, I don't know how it works, I avoid anything that starts with "i" ever since my ishuffle traumas...

Or right-click on the Link and "save target as..."
You´ll get a normal mp3 file
