I am very sorry for your inconvenience tahmi868. There was a problem with the current installer when they moved the servers. A new one will be available soon for you to download Ryzom and that client should work. If you know someone who plays Ryzom and is able to access the game, you can copy their client onto your computer.

A new installer is now available. I suggest you delete the Ryzom you have installed on your computer, download the new installer, and re-install Ryzom.

Try running a virus scan and a spyware/adware scan, you can use a free program like "Spybot Seek and Destroy" to remove any ad/spyware. This worked for me 6 months ago and there was a thread on these forums about this issue but i cant find it.
