I think that it is quite right for the Guild Leader (from either side) to ban individual homins, to stop spying. But that a banning of a guild then affects both sides needs to be looked at again.

you mix faction with outpost war. cant blame you because how alliances are formed (guilds with similar interest/same land/faction.. unthinkable reason, i know), it may seem that way. also they way ppl are talking "kami is attacking, kara is defending", does not help it either.

Well.. as in RL, there are a main tendecy, with a lot of connotations and exceptions. Personally, I like that way, is very realistic to me.

I don't understand the spying idea... you can be there as neutral, reading around... the team channels are blocked to teams, and the faction channel, to faction.
No need to be tagged as the opposite band for spying, but I'm a bit confused with this. Am I wrong?

Precisely because you could be in a team and therefore getting the inside information
The neutral spies are also a problem, but less so, as they are obviously there on the map and unlikely to be teamed for the side that they are spying against

One of MoMs HOs decided to show at this battle how much she personally appreciated the manners of a certain member of our alliance. Due to an unforeseen glitch in the banning mechanisms of OP battles, this resulted in a larger group of attackers being banned and therefore a major advantage for our opponents side.
MoM wishes to apologize to all Kamis and fighters on attacking side for this! It was neither intended nor planned.
Kommisar, it is nice to see that Karas side aknowledge we did them a favor, and i would never dare to insult a chivalrous Matisian guild like OotN by not offering a chance to return it. In fact, it would be downright rude!
I'll keep ya guys informed when we plan to attack a KA (as in Kara) outpost...

feel free to elaborate spriteh, i think informing valko of omegav's rouge attacker mearly leveled the playing field somewhat, after all it was not us who started banning guilds from the battle.
