Right, so the one person I've seen spending a lot of his own time in the last few days providing help on the forums and Klients in absence of a full GF support team is trying to 'suck up' to them?

 Brilliant logic there.

I can understand if you are annoyed at GF, no need to take it out on people who are just trying to help this community through this mess.

yep lay off the spriteh, he has a long history of helping folks. He's not doing anything different now than he was a year ago, probably longer. I know this to be true because Spriteh helped me and my wife get our clients troubleshot and functional when we signed up for the free trial.

I quite agree help is appreciated as GF are not offering much and account management access is quite important, in another thread several players came up with ideas to try. Unfortunatly none of which worked.

I admit I am pissed off so may be over sensitive but its access to my accounts that the problem and dont need somone picking holes over dates, ok my original posting was not entirely exact on dates times etc, the 3 days i quoted was from memory of when I actually received the automated email not the original help request.

I stand by my statement if Spriteh want to help people then kudos to him but if somones having an account access problem and he cant offer any ideas lay off the pointless point scoring comments.

And you should lay off the pointless, over sensitive, nonsense. No where was Spriteh trying to score points. A post telling you that they might not have answered because it's the weekend isn't trying to score points, it's trying to be helpful. Where's the point scoring in what Spriteh said? He just stated a fact. Taking your frustration out on him isn't going to help anyone.

Philu/Spriteh can you access you account page (not forum profile) if so which passwords you using? original or regenerated? cos neither work for me.

Came here to try and get help, not semantics and pointless word games which I did not start.

Help appreciated, forum one upmanship save for the playground.

I can access my account pages with the passwords that were mailed to me originally. I didn't tried to request a new password for the account administration though.

I tried it on one of my test accounts, and set a new password.
I received a eMail with a link to a webpage taht showed the new password.

With the new password I could access the account page again.

Passwords have changed (AFAIK) to have @ least 8 chars. (i had to reset my previous pw do it was only 6 long) the PW i use to access my personal/account info is my INGAME (and forum) password.

dunno if ive helped. but meh.
