thanks a lot all, problem was fixed with mouse for last 2 weeks, altho now i having problem loading up the game me thinks my computer is slowly dying, sadly i have no dapper erm i mean euros to buy a new one. *switches on the 360 again* man its been a long time

de-frag,de-virus,de-spyware,de-overclock ( ),de-lete 'those' files. then get ur butt back inagme

Just wipe and reinstall from scratch, then get your butt back in-game

If a fresh system install won't work then that does suggest a hardware issue.
