Allright, let´s be friendly.

You download it again, ok. No need for that, but allright go ahead.
But it will not automatically start, or install by itself.
You will have to open the Folder you just downlaoded the game into and doubleclick on the so called setup.exe file that will appear there after the dwonload has finished.
If it has done what it is made for, namely installing the game, then you will see an icon of the Game on your Desktop/Monitor, wich you may doubleclick again to start the game.
Then you can create your charakter.
And play.

I hope you will manage to get this far.
If not, maybe reconsider playing at all, but please don´t blame neither us nor the Game, ok?

I'm sorry, did not find any good web-page what would teach how to use computer. Basicly You need first to learn the computer terms what are used with computers and understand what they do. So my advice is that You go in library and borrow some book what teach the basic of computer use.

hey, you never know, it might be the first game that wasn't on a cartridge this person has dealt with. Hope it works out.
