Thoughts about the game.

Come in, pull up a chair, let's discuss all things Ryzom-related.

This is what I like about the game. The player who wants to be nude, and hop everywhere, doesn't want to play. It's a feature :)

I usually read with some interest the so called "leaving posts", trying to understand the reasons a player decides not to go on and quit the game. Sometimes the player has a point and sometimes it seems (to me at least) that a given player has misconceptions, still in need of learning the basic gameplay mechanics, or simple general "not my thing".

This time... first, the attitude is a fairly good indicator, a total playtime of 30 min is really not enough to evaluate the depth of the game and the comments give no real constructive criticism. Stating that one of the "good points" is that females are hot, but can't go naked....*shrug*

Ryzom has a natural "learning curve" that needs time and good will from the player. I am also starting to think that this is acting as a natural filter and this is a "good thing" (tm) and a feature (why did the words "Darwinism" and "Natural Genetic Selection" come to mind? I don't know).

In conclusion: don't let the door hit you, and I would suggest running a defragmenting program after uninstalling. I give your post a 4/10, I'm back to Ryzom. Bye <playing>

Last I heard, many moons ago, the dev's were thinking about adding underwater content and mobs. Not sure if the idea is still tumbling around...

Great post, Ani. Three thumbs up. Silan is working as intended, and then some.

Unfortunately for you, WOW was actually launched about 2 months after Ryzom, so it's not possible for Ryzom to be a WOW knockoff.

female made one quite hot, wanted to make it nude though.

4/10 for this one, Im back to Tibia. Bye <uninstalling>

This is just a great example of why Ryzom is awesome. It weeds out people like this.
