Not gonna hold my breath but I'd love to see it... just something that works like the friends list, but for the guild only.

Dont like to mention other games but Ryzom has the worst guild functionality of anything I have tried TBH, needs attention.

I agree with Crythos. There are a few things I'd like to see done to give guilds more options and functionality, especially considering the importance they play now in Atys. "/guildwho" or icons on the guild list would seem to me to be one of the easier improvements.

As said again and again by others, I myself would like to see this. Three simple features that could make things a lot easier. Why have Nevrax not listned to this of all the things among the new introductions?

What's the true advantage of this feature? What it really seems to do is avoid having people in the guild talk to each other. Instead of saying "Is my good hunting partner x on", you log in, do your who, log out if they are not there. Is that really better social interaction?

i wont say its an advantage, and if you have people who act like that, then better to kick them so.
i played another game which have this feature for a long time. what i usually did is, first, saying hello, checking who were online, and then conduct my business.
second, its an handy tool for gm to see when they have the most members, at which time, and that can help a lot to plans events..

Count me in on this one as well... If not on the Friends list, then perhaps on the guildling showing everyone....perhaps in a different color or something.

In my days of EQ II, It was a joy to use one of the best Guild management systems I have seen in a game.

Whos online, Where they are, settable Guild bank rights, Chat channels for ranks (Officer and above), a full history of bank puts and gets, level (ding) notifications, boss kill notifications ... the list goes on and on....

Ryzom guild management is very simplistic, we have coped for without this stuff for 2 years, but I would love to see any or all of the above added.

But, please fix the friends list bug first, no point adding new features when the basics are broken :confused:

eve online has a great chat system. everyone who is in a chat chanel has his/her name on the side of the chat. so you can see instantly who is in a chanel. they also have user customisable chanels too meaning you can create your own chanel for whatever purposes you need.
