Capping it at 19 hides the tree split for Range, however, I think they forgot about the + which expands to show the 21-50 trees.

Aye cho doesnt need the ability to trade with other servers.

From the release notes:

You won't be able to exchange dappers or items higher than quality 20 with Cho inhabitants. This restriction on the quality will change depending on Cho's evolution.

So for now it will only be really low level stuff that people can trade. It's been interesting to see how Cho is developing and I for one am keen to continue seeing how it goes. I know I'm not alone in this.

As for the level cap - your concerns have been raised.

Why should there be any trading with Cho at all? I don't understand it. Limiting it to q20 or q50 or q_anything doesn't make sense to me. Cho players don't need anything from the other servers. Even at q20, 10,000 mats will be unbalancing.

What is the motiviation to allow trading with Cho?
