Yes it was a very nice event, and after forest the lakes and jungle I assume a new land will be patched to the game - or is it already patched? But if its just the scenarios - then some of us will be disappointed I am sure :(

Tidings, as a devoted Adventure Master myself (though have only unfinished scenarios ^.^') please test for bugs, flaws and keep official scenarios in top shape otherwise it looks unprofessional when it's actually running. Not complaining though, it was fun yesterday.

I noticed something rather peculiar though. The Skip and Next icons on dialogs of some NPCs there, I assume its part of the new promised dialogue system? :)
You can see how to do that if you look at the preset scenario they give you as an example in the ring.

IIRC you just put {break} in the text.

EG:

You're a funny looking fellah{break}And you smell a bit whiffy too{break}go stand over there!

I'm wondering if we can use the dynamic text from the task chat in normal chat too.

Yes but here I mean..

1) When the text shows it shows the whole set of dialogue in the user window, whether a player chooses next or not. What I was wondering is whether that will be more supported like in the mainlands :)

2) The choice options (like in city welcomer etc..).

Never having looked at the examples the Next and Close on the baloon seemed new, thanks jyudas ^.^

agreed. I think anyone thats been making stuff in the ring realises there are still a lot of bugs to work out but it would be good if official events were properly tested/only contained elements that are working properly.

also instead of tidings telling us 'sorry the kincher are bugged' could we have a broadcast message or a gm doing it, kinda ruins the immersion otherwise. (maybe everyone considers tidings as CSR? but from the Saga forum its not the impression thats stuck in my head)

but was better than the previous ring event, so onwards and upwards :)

Yes...please don't bash people with counter-immersion. :) It would be considerate to at least put parentheses around such things.
