Does your bank accept the $1 / 1 Euro transaction? Some banks do not accept transactions that small, so you might want to check that...

And of those who don't, if you call and request that they accept the transaction on a one time basis, they will accomodate you.

I cant even find a link on there site to put in my billing information. I think that you have to do it through bibit but i'm not sure.
