Yeah, would be a very good idea.

We just ahd the following situation here on Leeanon.
A Player remarked in Universe that her new Scenario was about to start an hour later.
I noticed it and chalked it up to maybe have a look.
About 45 minutes later said player announced her Szenario in Pyr Region.
About 5 Minutes Later she barged in on our usual Monday-RP Session in the Pyr Tavern and annouced again in Region that her Szenario was about to start any minute now. (through a makroed text)

I activated a tell to her and said that I found it rather rude to just run in and announce her creation again and in such a way and that it would´ve been better if she´d done it in Around-Chat, so everyone participating in our RP would´ve had a chance to react appropriately. (region is mostly reserved for OOC on Leanon)

Over this she went quite mad at me and complained that she´d just spent 200k porting from region to region and over an hour just to annouce her Szenario and that there´s no other way to please everyone, for she´d had a tell with the CSR acting as the Taverns keeper before and he´d told her that she´d be welcome to annouce her Scenario with us...
Well, he apparrently didn´t tell her how to do it...

Some of us who didn´t read the Region didn´t even know what had happened, for she didn´t react to their incuries either and just ran out again after saing her part.

A seperate channel for such announcements would help solving these problems and maybe even prevent them entirely.
Everyone not interested in R² could just switch it off and be done with it.

And anything would be better than standing near an empty list of ring maps at the Pyr gate.

I agree as well, this will be a great addition indeed. Anyhow while being able to look up on a ring terminal list sounds convenient, it just wouldn't blend in well. As said a channel will be better as the adventure master can clearly announce and in detail about the scenario.

I hope that in the end we won't have to wait in our scenarios at all? I try to design scenarios that won't need my intervention. I'd like to upload the scenario and then go hunt, dig, afk, whatever.

That would indeed be really nice, or perhaps even necesary, to have as well.

And also /signed on the possibility to check for scenarios without accessing a ring terminal, and being able to announce your scenarios on a global channel.

Agreed the addition of a specific channel for ring scenarios would be great as well as the tab idea for just seeing what is there
