I'll agree that Austin would be better than Kansas. :p

We've obviously stumbled on the reason that Nevrax never hosted one of these in the U.S.: The travel distances are greater and picking an optimal location is almost impossible.

I would still go if it was possible, but not everyone can afford the travel costs.

Living in the Northeast, doesn't matter if it were Kansas or Texas... the distance might be too much for me... but I would absolutely LOVE to go!

You know... Boston's nice this time of year... *ahem* :D

Now, I live in the South East United States. I have to say, if some of the "euros" wanted to come to the IRL, if it was in the south-anywhere- of US..they'd burn up.

(There is a reason i play the computer and have no tan :P )

I simply meant that we've probably find more to do in Austin besides spending an evening getting drunk than we would in Kansas. And that would help justify the travel cost to me.

Hahaha But if its thing's to do we want besides getting drunk, California it is! But that's not central....

But none the less, I'd try to make it. Better chance than across seas.

Depending on when and where, and how far my poor little car could make it, I'm seriously interested in this project. :D

Hmmm... there are so many places to choose from, each with plenty of bars... er... locations...

I suppose this is one of the downsides to the US being so damned big.

Hmm yeah, I considered that the breadth of the US might be a hindrance in this but didn't consider it enough I guess...

What if we had two, one on the east and one on the west and then communicated between them with a webcam? :D

I can dream anyway...
